9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against vvjili. All disputes must be brought individually. This dispute resolution provision survives termination of these Terms and closure of your account.

10. ACCOUNT CLOSURE AND TERMINATION

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your vvjili account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon receipt of your closure request, vvjili will process any pending withdrawals, verify no outstanding obligations exist, and close your account within five (5) business days.
